In 1996, Wendi moved to Hong Kong and life reportedly changed on the flight there. She met Bruce Churchill on the flight and got a position as an intern at Star TV.

Deng met Ruport two years later, in 1998. She was a junior executive at SkyTV, all of 29 years old. He was 67. A year after he first met her, Murdoch married his employee. They have two children and have been described as a couple bound together by their love of business.

Following Friday’s announcement that the “American Idol” judge, 41, split from her husband of seven years, Marc Anthony, Lopez wasted no time getting back to what she does best. She performed Tuesday night at the wedding of oil tycoon Azam Aslamov’s son in Ukraine, the country’s local newspaper Segodnya confirms.

According to studies, the celebration took place at the Crimean Aivazovskii Hotel on the Black Sea coast. The entire hotel staff — including cleaners and cooks — was sent away for the week of July 17-20, and the location was closed to visitors during this time, except for those with permits.

Lopez danced and sang for $1 million, the paper says. When she came out of her hotel to go to the show, three bulletproof vehicles guarded the exit, to shield her from the view of waiting fans.

The lavish, multimillion-dollar affair attracted several hundred guests, many of whom were flown in by helicopter.

As for Lopez, she reportedly stayed in a penthouse suite of the Villa Helena and brought backup dancers, vocal singers and 20 tons of sound equipment.

Lindsay Lohan’s Too Poor to Pay a Psychologist

Lindsay Lohan’s health insurance collaps, due to she’s not been working in the past year, has prevented her from paying for the psychological counseling ordered as part of her probation, her lawyer revealed in court Thursday.

“Maybe she knows somebody who can help out,” Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner said, warning Lohan she had 21 days to sign up for counseling.

Judge Sautner ordered the actress to appear in court Thursday so she could review the actress’ progress on meeting the requirements of her probation for a shoplifting conviction and two older drunk driving convictions.

Lohan, 25, entered a guilty plea in May to stealing a necklace from a Venice, California jewelry story.

While Lohan is in compliance with her community service, fines and shoplifting counseling requirements, but she has not signed up for the court-ordered psychological counseling, the judge said. She could be ordered to jail unless she proves within three weeks that she has found a psychologist, Sautner said.

Group counseling, which probationers attend, is often free or low-cost, but Judge Sautner agreed with Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, that Lohan’s celebrity status makes that unworkable.

“I don’t want group counseling for her,” Sautner said. “She needs one on one counseling.”

Lohan scribbled a note to her lawyer during the hearing saying she believed she could raise the cash soon to enter counseling.

The judge chided Lohan for only completing 33 of the required 480 hours of community service so far. If it’s not finished within a year, she could go to jail, she said.
