1. Generally, we will ship a dress in 7 days after you completed payment of the order; For the custom-making orders, please allow 5-10 days more of Tailoring. However, if you made an order during China Festivals, or our busy season, it may take a few days longer.
2. Custom Made: To make sure you get a perfect fit dress, it is highly recommended to supply us other size measurements if necessary, or else we will estimate to make. Make sure you take your measurements barefoot, please leave us a message on Remarks if you need a few inches added to the length to allow for wearing high heels.
3. We try our best to make the dress the same with the original version, but we are not able to ganrantee 100% the same. Please picky buyers to purchase with caution, so as to avoid disputes.

We can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw.

Currently, you can pay using Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Western Union, Maestro debit card, and Bank transfer.
We will make the dress for you when your payment is confirmed.
1). Please list your special requests (color, packages, value of declaration, etc.) in the REMARKS when you make payment. The processing time for a specific order varies with the product type and stock status. Mostly, processing time can be 3 to 15 working days upon receipt of payment.
2). Any items you order shall be only shipped after your payment is received by the Third Party (Bank ) We ship the item for customers through Chinapostair, EMS, UPS, DHL, Fedex or Air Mail, according to actual situation .
3). You will be notified by email with the tracking number once your package be shipped out. Delivery time shall based on different countries or regions around the world.
4). As for the delivery destinations (your address) where only DHL or UPS are available, if it is the so called remote area by DHL or UPS, the additional fee shall be paid by the buyer.
5). We shall not take the responsibility for any shipping accidents, delays or other matters result from shipping carriers or force majeure reasons.
6). For package missed on the way to the destination, we would try our best to contact with the express company and update the latest information for you. However, there may be some delayed reply because of the time difference.
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress or clothing has been made to the standard size or custom measurements that you specified. Try on your dress or clothing as soon as possible without altering, or washing the dress.
If you are returning or exchanging dresses, clothing, or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, no perfume.
Defective,Damaged or Misshipped Items
Defective, damaged or misshipped items are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide us with photographs clearly showing the problem with the items. If you believe your items were damaged during shipping, we will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier in order to process your refund.
Sizing or Fitting Issues
As all of our dresses and clothing is hand-sewn and custom-tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one or two inches in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your item will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.
Item is not the size you ordered
Should your item size differ from the specifications of your order very much, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments,please contact us to reach agreement and remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.
Your item is the size you ordered but does not fit
Dresses or clothing that does not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. As our dresses and clothing is made with additional fabric in the seams, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost.
Please note: if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.
Color Mismatch
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on the site. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or misshipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible.
Please note: 1. Shipping cost for return will be at buyer's expense. 2. Shipping cost and handling fee are not refundable.
