When you buy from us, we want to make you completely satisfied. Before returning, please take time to read our return policy carefully.Please note that we can't process any products that are returned directly without any information to us before. You are recommended to contact our after-sale Customer Service (email address: lolita@wholesalelolita.com ) before returning an item and they will give you some useful advice. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.
1. Mis-shipped Items:
You have two options of: 1) Exchange it for the new correct item;
2) Return it for a full refund. Please contact our Customer Service and send us the details about the wrong item in 7 days.
2. Missing Items:
Inform our Customer Service if any item is missing from your package. When we have confirmed that an item was missing, we will offer a full refund or send a new one upon your request. We will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred
3. Size Issue:
1) Size not as ordered: You can contact with our Customer Service directly for a full refund or a correct size for free. Please provide evidence that the size/ measurements of your item are incorrect, by holding a ruler to the areas of the product with the wrong measurements and take a photo of it.
2) Size as ordered but does not fit: You are eligible for one resizing service, the resizing cost depends on specific condition. The buyer would be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.
4. Lost package:
Contact Customer Service to inform us you didn't receive your package. Once we confirm with the courier that your package is lost, we will offer a refund or resend your items.
5. Damaged Package or Items:
If you find the package is damaged upon direct receipt from the courier, please reject it with the reason of damaged package and inform our Customer Service about the issue. If you find the package or items are damaged after accepting it, please provide our Customer Service sufficient evidence like photos and description of the issue. We will send you a new one or issue a full refund after confirmation.
6. Wrong Color:
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on jollychic.com. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact our Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible
7. Quality Problems:
For all of our products against material and workmanship defects, we promise a full refund or resend a new package for free once we confirm it. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.
8. Custom Made Items
Return for a full refund is not available for the custom made items, you can apply for a new item after we confirm the quality and size issue.
9. Cancel Order
If you need to cancel your order, it must be cancelled within 24 hours after finishing your payment.
How-to: Requesting a Return:
1). Send us your return request to email lolita@wholesalellolita.com within 7 days after receiving your order. Please provide the reason of your return and include as many details as possible, upload photos that clearly demonstrate the problem with the item (if necessary), and the requested replacement item's name, number and color (if necessary).
2) Customer Service reviews your request and respond within 24 hours.
3) Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the return back to us within 5 days and also tell us the tracking number.
4) We will then ship you a new item or refund to you after receiving your return.
